In order to open an ISA account, you and your Financial Representative will need to complete the application
form. Serguei will be pleased to assist you. In addition to the completed application form, you will need
to provide a blank personal cheque with your address printed on it (if your address has changed since the
cheque was issued, you can write the new address by hand). This cheque will be used to associate your
existing account with the new ISA account. You can have several accounts associated with your ISA account by
submitting a cheque for each such account. The cheques must be in your name. Please write 'FAS ONLINE' on the
memo line (FAS stands for Financial Advisor Services).
After you have submitted your application along with a cheque, you will receive your ISA account number. You will
need to contact ING BANK within 7 day after the application was made to obtain your PIN and set up your password.
To confirm your identity, you will requested to provide your full name, address, phone number, and the number of
checking account, from which the initial deposit is to be withdrawn. Then, you will be asked to enter you
confidential four-digit PIN number.
For better protection, in addition to PIN, you will be asked to enter a password, no longer than 8 characters.
The password will be used to confirm your identity if you forget your PIN.
For joint accounts, each holder will need to set up a separate PIN.
